PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device and an image formation device, capable of suppressing a presence of a toner reattached from a cleaning brush onto a surface of a cleaning target body having passed through a cleaning device, and preventing a stain-like abnormal image from occurring.SOLUTION: In a second cleaning brush roller 104 being a cleaning brush, bristles of the brush are implanted at a density of 15 to 20 thousand [bristles/inch], so that a toner on an intermediate transfer belt 2 being a cleaning target body can be satisfactorily removed, and the toner reattached from the second cleaning brush roller 104 onto the intermediate transfer belt 2 can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
