Disclosed is a disposable container for a cell culturing system. A disposable container for a cell culturing system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical cover having an open bottom surface and comprising one or more structural layers having flexibility; and a base coupled to the open bottom-side of the cover, having a cylindrical shape open at the top surface, and having one or more connecting ports formed projecting outward at side surfaces thereof, wherein the constitution of a self-supporting structure can be minimized, and a separate supporting structure is not required for supporting a mixer, so that the time, effort, and cost expended in configuring a bioreactor can be reduced. |
