PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MIG-weld joint structure which enhances the soundness of a joint region, effectively improves joint rigidity, and does not cause a defect such as a crack at the joint region when applied with processing such as bending processing, in a joint structure which is obtained by MIG-welding a laminated corner thickness part of an aluminum material and a steel material.SOLUTION: In the joint structure which is obtained by laminating the prescribed aluminum material on the steel material and MIG-welding the laminated corner thickness part by using a prescribed filler material, the maximum thickness of an inter-metal compound layer which is formed at a weld interface between a bead in the weld region of the structure and the steel material is set within a range of 0.5 to 10 μm, and the thickness of the inter-metal compound layer in a bead stop end region is set to be 0.5 to 3.0 μm. |
