摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a combustion chamber in a cylinder head made of aluminum alloy to have both required heat shielding performance and an ideal volume, when forming a heat shielding film on a wall surface thereof, after the heat shielding film is heated and hardened.SOLUTION: In a combustion chamber wall surface manufacturing process (Step S2) before a heat shielding film applying process (Step S5) to apply a heat shielding film on a wall surface of a combustion chamber of a cylinder head, the wall surface of the combustion chamber is manufactured with a predetermined manufacturing amount, on the basis of a volume change of the cylinder head 1 due to heating in a heating and hardening process (Step S6) in which the heat shielding film 11 is heated and hardened, so that a volume of the combustion chamber after the heating and hardening process becomes an ideal volume to enable an engine to have a required geometric compression ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
