The present invention relates to a method for collecting and detecting bacteria and viruses simultaneously by means of an impaction technique, and the purpose thereof is to provide a method for collecting and detecting bacteria and viruses simultaneously by means of an impaction technique, the method being capable of collecting the bacteria and viruses in the air swiftly and simply at a time. The method for collecting and detecting bacteria and viruses simultaneously by means of one test chamber, according to the present invention, comprises: a spraying step for mounting a TSA medium, which has been smeared with host bacteria, on an air sampler within the test chamber and simultaneously spraying viruses, which have the host bacteria smeared on the TSA medium as hosts, and other bacteria, which are not the hosts of the viruses and distinguishably form colonies in the TSA medium smeared with the host bacteria of the viruses, into the test chamber; a microorganism collection step for collecting the sprayed bacteria and viruses by means of the air sampler and generating a sample; a culture step for culturing the sample generated by the air sampler and forming colonies; and a calculation step for, after the culture step, calculating the number of plaques formed by the inhibition of bacterial multiplication by viral infections in the sample and calculating the number of the colonies of the sprayed bacteria formed by the multiplication of the bacteria collected from the sample, wherein the TSA medium, in which the bacteria and viruses have been collected, is configured such that the bacteria and viruses are collected in the TSA medium by the air sampler.
