Provided are a method and device for obtaining an electronic document. A method for obtaining an electronic document comprises: sending a first request message for obtaining the electronic document to a platform server (101), wherein the first request message includes a first identifier of an information-providing server providing the electronic document; receiving first prompt information sent back from the platform server according to the first request message (102); determining, according to the first prompt information, first authentication information for authenticating identification, and sending the first authentication information to the platform server (103); and receiving the electronic document provided from the information-providing server and forwarded by the platform server, wherein private information in the electronic document is encrypted by a first encryption key of the information-providing server (104). Thus, private information of a user can be effectively prevented from leaking out via the platform server, thereby ensuring privacy security of the user. |
