The present disclosure provides a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display apparatus. The touch panel comprises a substrate and multiple organic electroluminescent devices disposed above the substrate. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a light emitting layer, and a second electrode that are sequentially disposed on the substrate. The touch panel further comprises a touch electrode and a sensing electrode that are disposed on the second electrodes and insulated from the second electrodes.
