An STS-based prepaid electricity selling system and method. The system comprises: a communication module, configured to receive an electricity meter unique identification code and electricity buying data sent by a user equipment; a charging module, configured to acquire a charging policy corresponding to the electricity meter unique identification code, and calculate electricity selling data according to the charging policy and the electricity buying data; and an STS protocol module, configured to generate, according to an STS protocol, a token corresponding to the electricity selling data. In the technical solution, a single electricity meter is a managed object, a corresponding charging policy is set for each electricity meter, and charging policies can be separately adjusted; when the type of a user to which the electricity meter belongs is changed or the charging policies are changed, the charging policy of the electricity meter can be adjusted without the need of adjusting the whole prepaid electricity selling system, thereby improving the flexibility of the system and facilitating the management of each user. |
