Disclosed are a method, device and system for acquiring an uplink data transmission resource. The method comprises: a user equipment sending a resource acquisition request to a first network node, wherein the resource acquisition request is used for acquiring an uplink data transmission resource for transmitting uplink data, and receiving a resource acquisition response returned by a first network node with regard to the resource acquisition request; the user equipment determining a serving network node that provides the uplink data transmission resource for the user equipment according to the received resource acquisition response, and determining the uplink data transmission resource provided by the serving network node for the user equipment; and the user equipment using the uplink data transmission resource provided by the serving network node to send the uplink data. By implementing the embodiments of the present invention, a user equipment can be used to rapidly and effectively acquire an uplink data transmission resource for transmitting uplink data.
