Provided are a method, terminal and system for a cluster terminal to feed back downlink channel information. The method comprises: a cluster terminal in an idle state measuring a current downlink channel within a pre-set period, and after determining that a measurement result satisfies a pre-set reporting trigger condition, the cluster terminal sending an RRC connection request carrying the measurement result to the base station, so that the base station can modify, when it is determined according to the measurement result that a pre-set condition for modifying an air interface resource configuration is satisfied, the air interface resource configuration, and sends an instruction carrying the modified air interface resource configuration to the cluster terminal; and the cluster terminal receiving group calling data according to the received instruction carrying the modified air interface resource configuration. In this way, the problems in the prior art that a base station cannot receive a state adjustment group calling resource according to a downlink channel and the group calling data, and the adjustment accuracy is not high, are solved. |
