<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, method and program, allowing a user to form an image at low cost without lack of information which the user requires. <P>SOLUTION: A print condition is analyzed from print data having the print condition of print requirement received by an interface 10, and a rectangular image is deleted from the print data performed with the print requirement when it is set that the rectangular image is not printed and when it is set that a layout is maintained. When closing-up of the layout is set, the rectangular image is deleted, and thereafter a character is filled in a space of the deleted rectangular image. Contrarily, when it is set that the rectangular image is printed and when it is set that the rectangular image is printed in a thinned-out state, the rectangular image is thinned out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
