THE SUBSTANCE MATTER OF PAINT, INK, COATING AND ADHESIVE

Provided is a composition of mixed resin liquid for producing a paint, an ink, a coating, or an adhesive, which uses dichloropropane as solvent, and generates volatile organic substances, and does not show dangers of ignition and explosion. The composition is prepared by (i) admixing chlorine scavenger(0.01-1 wt%) to dichloropropane(60-95 wt%), (ii) mixing a boiling point modulator of dichlorofluoroethane(0.1-30 wt%) with the mixture obtained from the step(i), and (iii) dissolving a resin and an additive into stabilizer to form a resin solution, and mixing the resin solution(1-10 wt%) with the mixture obtained from the step(ii). The chlorine scavenger is an amine-based or an ester-based chlorine scavenger. The additive is at least one selected from the group consisting of 3-fluoroboron ethyl amide complex or palmitic acid.
