A method for generating a mixed approval message of settlement/discount information, and a method and a system for processing a discount coupon approval with the same are provided to extract a discount coupon of a client from an authentication server by using a credit card number of the client and settlement terminal information, and process a use approval of the extracted discount coupon by mixing a credit card transaction approval. An authentication server(105) includes a coupon information database(110) for linking, storing, and managing client credit card information and discount coupon information assigned to the client. After receiving settlement information including the client credit card information from the settlement terminal(100) or a settlement relay server(115) connected to the settlement terminal through the network, the authentication server extracts and transmits the discount coupon information to the settlement terminal or the settlement relay server. The coupon information database stores and manages the discount coupon information assigned to the client by each member shop.
