PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pivot hinge easy in adjustment work, accurate in adjustment results, and also easy in assembly. SOLUTION: The bottom receiving metal fittings 11 that make a bottom hinge consist of a plate 113 to be installed on the bottom end face of a door, and a base plate 114 vertically rising from the plate 113. A component having the receiving hole 111 through which the pivot shaft 121 of bottom shaft metal fittings passes (which bottom shaft metal fittings are attached to a door frame with the guide shaft 51 supported by its penetrating the opposing side walls 15a, 115b of a base plate 114) is supported so that it can move left and right in a fixed range. For this, an adjustment screw hole with a threads groove to engage with a lateral move adjustment screw 61 is provided on the inner surface 112a of the receiving hole component by being inserted from outside the side wall 115a positioned inside, so that the receiving hole component can slide left and right by turning the lateral move adjustment screw 61.
