PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric locking unit which makes forced unlocking possible, a locker making use of the electric locking unit, and an electric locking system. SOLUTION: The electric locking unit 1 is provided with a locking member 10 which advances and withdraws against the outside, and is constituted so that it switches between unlocking and locking by the projection or recession of the locking member 10. Then the electric locking unit 1 has a rotating member 33, a coil spring 15 and an electric motor 11. The rotating member 33 rotates about a rotary shaft 330. Then one end part of the coil spring 15, which is wound on the outer periphery of the rotary shaft 330, is fixed to the rotating member 33, and the other end part is fixed to the locking member 10. The electric motor 11 performs rotary drive of the rotating member 33, and the locking member 10 is constituted so that it advances and withdraws in the direction which is nearly orthogonal to the rotary shaft 330 of the coil spring 15.
