PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the clearance between a skirting and a floor surface produced by the deformation of the floor surface when spandrel wall panels are secured to a wall surface without impairing appearance. SOLUTION: In this spandrel wall structure, the spandrel wall panels 1, 1 are secured to the wall surface 5 near the floor surface 4 by using the skirting 2. The spandrel wall structure comprises a lower member 22 forming the lower part of the skirting 2 brought into contact with the wall surface 5 and the floor surface 4 and having a fitting part on the upper surface, an upper member 21 fitted to the fitting part of the lower member 22 from the upper side to form the upper part of the skirting 2 and securing the spandrel wall panels 1, 1 to the wall surface 5, and vertical screws 32 passing through the lower member 22 in the vertical direction and screwed into the floor surface 4.
