PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flushing nozzle capable of providing sufficient flushing feeling and high flushing performance by a strong jet with wide flushing surface and a sanitary flushing device with the flushing nozzle. SOLUTION: This flushing nozzle comprises a direct jet outflow passage 9 forming a direct jet 8, a swirl flow forming chamber 12 forming a swirl jet 11, a direct jet inflow passage 10 introducing flushing water to the direct jet outflow passage 9, a swirl flow inflow passage 13 introducing flushing water to the swirl flow forming chamber, an air mixing means 14 mixing air in the direct jet, and a discharge port 15 from which the flushing water passing through the direct jet outflow passage and the flushing water passing through the swirl flow forming chamber are discharged.
