PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause a peep from the side of a common use corridor, while enhancing the property of daylighting to the side of a dwelling unit from the side of the common use corridor. SOLUTION: Since the dwelling unit 1 and the common use corridor 2 are partitioned by double wall bodies 4 and 5, a resident's privacy can be more surely protected than in the case of a single wall body. Since many openings are formed on the outside wall body 4, light can be taken in to the side of the dwelling unit from that of the common use corridor, and ventilation can be secured. Since a shock-absorbing space section 3 is arranged between the wall bodies 4 and 5 while the opening is formed on the wall body 4 as above, the inside of the dwelling unit can be hardly peeped from the side of the common use corridor.
