PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor plan structure of a house, which can easily adapt to differences in life style among residents and a change in life stage even in the case of particularly a small or medium-scale rental house etc., and which can form a space with a spacious feeling, and the house. SOLUTION: A living room (70), which is formed in such a shape as to be longitudinally long in a horizontal direction, is arranged from one exterior wall (71) to an exterior wall (72) facing the exterior wall (71), in the center of the building. Habitable rooms (73) and (74) are arranged in positions to adjoin the living room (70), and to be diagonally positioned across the living room (70) or to face the living room (70).
