摘要

本发明提出一种解码方法、记忆体储存装置与记忆体控制电路单元。此解码方法包括：发送第一读取指令序列，用以指示根据第一读取电压读取记忆胞以取得多个第一验证位元；根据第一验证位元执行奇偶检查程序以取得多个校验子；根据校验子决定不同于第一读取电压的第二读取电压；发送第二读取指令序列，用以指示根据第二读取电压读取记忆胞以取得多个第二验证位元；以及根据第二验证位元执行一解码程序。藉此，可以增加解码的更正能力。; executing a parity check procedure according to the first verification bits to obtain syndromes; deciding a second reading voltage which is different from the first reading voltage according to the syndromes; transmitting a second read command sequence for instructing to read the memory cells according to the second reading voltage to obtain second verification bits; executing a decoding procedure according to the second verification bits. Accordingly, a correction ability of the decoding is improved.
