PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally fix a connection cable connected to an electronic device with a housing of the electronic device at a time when a user takes the electronic device with him or her, and relatively easily change a substantial length of the connection cable at a time when the user uses it in a portable electronic device. SOLUTION: A portable hard disc 100 is provided with the housing 110 and the connection cable 120. A guide groove 112 around which a cable section 121 of the connection cable 120 is wound is provided on a side of the housing 110, and protrusion sections 112a, 112b (cable fixing sections) that fixes the cable section 121 by putting a part of the cable section 121 therebetween are provided on an internal wall of the guide groove 112.
