<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the print skew is not corrected according to the wear of a supporting member of shafts of resist roller pairs, deviation of the mounting position or the like in a device for preventing occurrence of the print skew by executing the printing after correcting the print skew of a print medium to be conveyed on a conveying passage by the resist roller pairs. <P>SOLUTION: A paper feeder comprises a paper feed roller 270 and a separation frame 260 for discharging printed media one by one to a paper sheet conveying passage from a paper sheet cassette, and a print skew correcting mechanism 2032 having a resist roller 31 and a pressing roller 32 to be pressed against the resist roller for conveying the printed media in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the resist roller 31. An inclination adjusting mechanism for adjusting the axial directions of the resist roller 31 and the pressing roller 32 in the same direction within a predetermined range is provided on the print skew correcting mechanism 2032, and the inclination is adjusted so that any print skew occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
