A block for constructing a reinforced earth retaining wall is provided to improve durability of the reinforced earth retaining wall by preventing the differential settlement and lost of a backfilling soil by installing a plurality of drain ditches. A block(1) for constructing a reinforced earth retaining wall is composed of a body(2) whose cross section is wide, a middle part(3) integrally formed with the body, and a wing unit(4) formed at the smaller cross section than the middle part. The wing unit is integrally formed with the body and middle part. A first filling hole(21) and an anchor protrusion(22) are formed in the body. A second filling hole(31) is formed in the middle part.
