A car body secondary frame assembling apparatus is provided to automatically align a socket position of an impact wrench according to a bolt position of a car body through a bolt clamper to perform nut fastening and judge a nut fastening state according to a sensing dog on a wrench housing. A car body secondary frame assembling apparatus includes an aligner(10), a clamping unit(20) and a wrench housing(40). The aligner is mounted on a work table. An alignment base(12) of the aligner is aligned along a vertical rail(R1) and a horizontal rail(R2) according to an alignment cylinder(11). The clamping unit is connected to a clamper plate(21) through the alignment base and multiple connecting rods. A bolt clamper(23) on the clamper plate clamps bolts attached to both sides of the bottom of a car body according to the operation of a clamping cylinder. The wrench housing is upwardly supported by a spring(41).
