A car body interlock device is provided to sense a rising height of a lifter in a rear suspension module decking process by using an overrun sensor and stop the rising operation to prevent a floor panel from being torn. A car body interlock device includes a hollowed lower frame(21), a hollowed upper frame(25), a connecting shaft(31), a spring(33), an overrun sensor(35), and a chain. The lower frame has a fixed block(23) fixed to the inside of the top thereof. The upper frame has a mounting block(27) fixed to the inside of the bottom thereof. The mounting block and the fixed block are connected through a guide shaft(29). The connecting shaft is slidably connected to the center of the fixed block. The spring provides downward elasticity to the connecting shaft. The overrun sensor senses a stopper of the connecting shaft and outputs a corresponding signal. The chain is connected between the upper frame and a connecting ring.
