FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves: (a) reacting organic perfluoroalkyl acid with alcohol to form perfluoroalkyl ester; (b) reacting perfluroalkyl ester with ammonia to form fluorine-containing alkyl carboxyamide; (c) reacting fluorine-containing alkyl carboxamide with a dehydrating agent to form fluorine-containing alkyl nitrile; and (d) reacting fluorine-containing alkyl nitrile with at least ammonia or amine to obtain fluorine-containing amidine - vulcanising agent. Also described is a method of producing a vulcanising agent based on bisaminophenol, where the bisaminophenol vulcanising agent can vulcanise a perfluoroelastomer composition, and a method of producing a vulcanising agent based on a diphenyl compound with formula (III): where Z is amino-, sulfhydryl or hydroxyl group and A is selected from a group consisting of unsubstituted and substituted groups, with a branched and a linear chain based on carbon, where the carbon based groups are selected from a group consisting of perfluoroalkyl and perfluoroalkoxy groups containing from 1 to 22 carbon atoms; where the bisaminophenyl vulcanising can vulcanise the perfluoroelastomer composition. ^ EFFECT: improved method of producing a vulcanising agent capable of vulcanising or accelerating vulcanisation of perfluoroelastomer composition. ^ 9 cl, 5 ex, 9 tbl
