The present invention relates to a phosphonium compound represented by chemical formula 1, which can accelerate the hardening of epoxy resin and has excellent flowability. In chemical formula 1, R1, R2, R3, and R4 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 aliphatic hydrocarbon group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aromatic hydrocarbon group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 hydrocarbon group including a hetero atom; X1 and X2 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 aliphatic hydrocarbon group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aromatic hydrocarbon group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 hydrocarbon group including a hetero atom; and Y1, Y2, Y3 and Y4 are independently an oxygen atom (O), a sulfur atom (S) or a substituted nitrogen atom (N). |
