1. A computer program product comprising a machine-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by at least one programmable processor, cause the at least one programmable processor to perform operations comprising:
creating a compatibility analysis table for a software change in development, the compatibility analysis table comprising a listing of incompatible changes, the incompatible changes comprising changes that will require at least partial locking of some functionality at a customer system when the software change is deployed for an application running on the customer system; calculating an intersection of the compatibility analysis table with a central access analysis table, the central access analysis table comprising an access frequency and a size of database tables used by the application; generating, based on the intersection, an access conflict table listing database tables of the application having potential access conflict between deployment and end user accessibility; deriving a rating of impact severity of the access conflicts based on the access frequency and the size of database tables listed in the access conflict table; and providing the rating. |
