PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device capable of being manufactured at low costs.SOLUTION: A transmission device for a synchronous assembly of a manual transmission, has a transmission plate 12, and at least one clutch plate disposed on a side face of the transmission plate. The clutch plate and the transmission plate 12 are fixed and connected to each other by a local welding point 100. A manufacturing method of the transmission device for the synchronous assembly of the manual transmission includes following steps. That is, preparing the clutch plate and the transmission plate, fixing the clutch plate and the transmission plate to each other by projection welding, and then hardening the assembly of the clutch plate and the transmission plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18 |
