PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel heat-resistant β-xylosidase showing hydrolysis activity having PNPX as a substrate at least under the condition of 105°C and pH5.0, polynucleotide coding the heat-resistant β-xylosidase, an expression vector for expressing the heat-resistant β-xylosidase, and a method for manufacturing a lignocellulose decomposed product using a transformant into which the expression vector is incorporated and the heat-resistant β-xylosidase.SOLUTION: There is provided heat-resistant β-xylosidase that is polypeptide which consists of an amino acid sequence expressed by a specific amino acid sequence or another specific amino acid sequence, polypeptide which consists of an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids out of the specific or another specific amino acid sequence are deleted, substituted or added, or polypeptide which consists of an amino acid sequence having 75% or more of sequence identity with the specific or another specific amino acid sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
