PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation message authentication system, a reception terminal, and an authentication processing device with which it is possible to suppress an increase in the cost of a reception terminal used to execute a navigation message authentication process.SOLUTION: Upon receiving a navigation message M, an onboard device 200 generates NMA request data Rq for requesting the execution of authentication that the navigation message M is a navigation message M transmitted by a GPS satellite 2, and transmits the generated request data to an NMA information management center 300. The NMA request data includes a RAND message and reception parity data corresponding to the RAND message.
