PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy of pressure detection in a pressure sensor using a piezoelectric sheet.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 3 comprises a first piezoelectric sheet 9a, a second piezoelectric sheet 9b, an intermediate adhesive layer 53, a first adhesive layer 23, and a second adhesive layer 21. The intermediate adhesive layer 53 is disposed between the first piezoelectric sheet and the second piezoelectric sheet. The first adhesive layer 23 is disposed on the second piezoelectric sheet opposite the first piezoelectric sheet. The second adhesive layer 21 is disposed between a sheet member and the first piezoelectric sheet. The resistance per 50 cmof at least one of the first adhesive layer 23 and second adhesive layer 21 and the intermediate adhesive layer 53 within a working temperature range is 10 MΩ or less or 1 GΩ or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
