PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source for lighting which inhibits continuous use in an unstable state when malfunction occurs.SOLUTION: A straight pipe LED lamp 1 includes: a long housing 20; and a long substrate 11 disposed in the housing 20. Multiple LED elements 12 arranged in a longitudinal direction and metal wiring 13 for supplying electric power to the multiple LED elements 12 are provided at the substrate 11. The substrate 11 is fixed to the housing 20 at a first position and a second position which are located adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction. In the substrate 11, a groove 14 is provided between the first position and the second position.
