PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination light source capable of distributing light in all direction in a simple structure.SOLUTION: An illumination light source includes a stick-like member 30 and a flexible substrate 52 on the main surface of which an LED element 58 is provided. The flexible substrate 52 is wound around the stick-like member 30. The flexible substrate 52 is in a longitudinal state, and is wound around the stick-like member 30 in an equally-spaced spiral state. A plurality of the light emitting elements 58 are mounted on the main surface of the flexible substrate 52 along a longitudinal direction.
