PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular polarized antenna capable of obtaining excellent electrical characteristics even if it is disposed close to a conductor.SOLUTION: On a ground plane 13, a C-shaped loop element 12 having a cut portion 12a substantially parallel to the ground plane 13 is disposed. An arcuate excitation element 11 is disposed with a predetermined distance from the C-shaped loop element 12 while maintaining a concentric relationship with the C-shaped loop element 12. An end of a power-feeding conductor 10 vertically extending from the ground plane 13 is connected to one end of the excitation element 11. A lower end of the power-feeding conductor 10 is connected to a central conductor of a power-feeding portion 14. For this reason, the power is supplied to the excitation element 11 via the power-feeding conductor 10, and the C-typed loop element 12 is excited by the excitation element 11. Excellent electrical characteristics can be obtained even if a circular polarized antenna 1 is housed in a case in which a conductor is disposed. |
