PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated coating film-fitted base material provided with a primer layer excellent in adhesion with a transparent resin base material and a metal thin film, further good in optical properties and also free from the damage of the conductivity of the metal thin film, and a coating composition for primer layer formation for forming the laminated coating film.SOLUTION: Provided is a laminated coating film-fitted base material provided with a laminated coating film in which a primer layer and a metal thin film are laminated on the surface of a transparent resin base material in this order, in which the primer layer includes inorganic oxide grains having a specific surface area of 10 to 200 m/g, a metal complex and a binder resin cured matter, also provided is a coating composition for primer layer formation for forming the laminated coating film. |
