PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestrian determination device capable of accurately determining whether a pedestrian is going to cross a road ahead of a subject vehicle.SOLUTION: A pedestrian determination device (1) comprises: a target detection unit (3) for detecting a target using a radar (25); a pedestrian likelihood calculation unit (5) that calculates a likelihood indicating a pedestrian which crosses ahead of a subject vehicle, in regard to the target detected by the target detection unit; and a pedestrian determination unit (7) that determines the target as the pedestrian when the likelihood is equal to or more than a preset threshold. The pedestrian likelihood calculation unit makes the likelihood of the target smaller in a case where the target is a portion of a group of targets arranged at fixed intervals, than cases other than that.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
