PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size of a control valve.SOLUTION: A sequence valve 100 is a control valve which operates accompanied by an elongation-contraction operation of a base-end side cylinder, and controls a flow of an operation fluid which is fed and discharged to/from a tip-side cylinder. The sequence valve comprises: a valve body 1 having a bottom part; a spool 20 which is movably arranged in the valve body 1, and permits the flow of the working fluid which is fed and discharged to/from the tip-side cylinder accompanied by the elongation/contraction operation of the base-end side cylinder; a coil spring 40 which energizes the spool 20 to a direction in which the flow of the working fluid which is fed and discharged to/from the tip-side cylinder is blocked; and a support member 30 which slidably supports the spool 20. The support member 30 is energized toward the bottom part 5 of the valve body 1 by the coil spring 40, and accommodated in the valve body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
