A blue-phase liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The blue-phase liquid crystal display panel comprises a lower substrate (11) and an upper substrate (12). By arranging a pixel electrode (112, 122) and a common electrode (111, 121) on the upper substrate (11) and the lower substrate (12) respectively, and generating a first fringe electric field and a second fringe electric field respectively, a horizontal electric field between the two substrates (11, 12) is strengthened, and a vertical electrical field is weakened, and a drive voltage required by blue-phase liquid crystals is reduced. |
