Disclosed is a cell core resource management method and device. The method comprises: generating a cell distribution topological graph and a topological graph configuration index based on a cell identifier (ID) and position information about the cell ID; when receiving a cell exchange instruction, modifying the cell distribution topological graph and the topological graph configuration index according to the exchange instruction; acquiring an ID of a cell to be exchanged and position information about the ID of the cell to be exchanged based on the modified cell distribution topological graph or topological graph configuration index; and setting a core resource corresponding to the position information about the ID of the cell to be exchanged to be a core resource corresponding to the ID of the cell to be exchanged. |
