PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer with lottery function which has a lottery function as well as a normal printing function of performing printing on a recording sheet, issues the recording sheet as a lottery ticket and performs printing with the normal printing function at the time of invalidation of the lottery function, and a printing data creation device which creates printing data on a computer.SOLUTION: A winning number row 108 is created on a left column of a winning probability table and automatically created so as to correspond to a lottery tab 106 created with an image figure 100 of a home screen. A winning probability row 109 in which any winning probability can be input in correspondence with each winning number is created on a right column. Lottery processing having a random number processing function is performed by using a random number table corresponding to a prescribed winning probability 109 and a lottery ticket is issued.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
