The present invention provides a construction method to safely install a girder at a low cost. According to the present invention, a girder construction method in case an obstacle exists in a lower portion comprises: a first step of arranging a first and a second crane (C1, C2); a second step of mounting a rail type launching device (100) on a first and a second abutment (A1, A2); a third step of connecting the first crane (C1) and one side (G2) of a mounting girder (200); a fourth step of partially moving the one side (G2) of the mounting girder (200) to the second abutment (A2); a fifth step of horizontally moving the mounting girder (200) to the second abutment (A2); a sixth step of preparing lifting of the mounting girder (200); a seventh step of separating connection between the mounting girder (200) and the first and the second crane (C1, C2); and a step of dismantling the rail type launching device (100).
