PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillator using a centrifugal blower and a laser processor, providing a device with high reliability which, in particular, reduces a running cost by the suppression of an amount of consumed gas, and can stably be used over a long period of time. SOLUTION: There are provided a shaft of the centrifugal blower, a driving unit rotating the shaft and a bulkhead separating a centrifugal impeller from the driving unit. The surface of the bulkhead is constituted of a coating containing a resin and metal, and Teflon (R) is used as a resin material, and electroless plating with nickel as a main component is used as the coating.
