<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a process of biometric identification and secure necessary reliability of identification within a transaction time in a transaction using the biometric identification. <P>SOLUTION: The biometric transaction device and biometric transaction processing method is provided with a means for dividing a series of processes of the biometric identification into a plurality of processes, and adjusting a depth of the process of the biometric identification in response to the reliability required in the transaction, wherein the device executes the transaction by conducting the biometric identification for comparing identity of once registered biological information and biological information obtained in the transaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
