<p>An electron emitting device is provided to prevent resonation of a grid electrode by varying an arrangement of spacers, thereby reducing vibration and noise. A first substrate(2) and a second substrate(4) are disposed opposite to each other. An electron emitting unit is formed on the first substrate. A light emitting unit is formed on the second substrate to emit visible rays from electrons emitted from the electron emitting unit. A grid electrode(31) is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and has openings(12a,13a) through which electrons pass. Plural planar spacers are interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate to maintain an interval of the substrates. The spacers are disposed at different intervals in a unit pitch.</p> |
