PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labor management system for maintaining and managing mental health of employees, a labor management method and a labor management program.SOLUTION: A control section 21 of a management server 20 executes object person extraction processing on the basis of a personal situation or a business situation. The control section 21 of the management server 20 then executes determination processing about whether to require a secondary check.
