PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent for the sex malfunction of a man and/or a woman.SOLUTION: Provided is use of testosterone and 5-HT1A agonist in the preparation of a medicine for treating sex malfunction, in which the 5-HT1A is discharged essentially 1 hour before sexual intercourse, and the testosterone is released 3.5 to 5.5 hours before sexual intercourse. Further, in the use, the sexual malfunction being for a man or a woman. Provided is also a pharmaceutical composition comprising: testosterone; a PDE5 inhibitor; and a 5-HT1A agonist, and the preparation thereof is designed in such a manner that the 5-HT1A is discharged essentially 1 hour before sexual intercourse, the PDE5 inhibitor is discharged 1-2 hours before sexual intercourse, and also the testosterone is discharged 3.5 to 5.5 hours before sexual intercourse. |
