<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a liquid extracted food including a tea beverage and requiring racking, centrifugation, filtration and other clarification treatments, which supplements the clarification treatment by adding and introducing the intermediate treatment of giving or applying vibration to a raw material extracted liquid. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the tea beverage comprises: introducing a tea-leaf extracted liquid as the raw material extracted liquid into a treatment path; performing the clarification treatment by performing section treatments comprising at least rough filtration (1), cooling (2), centrifugation (4) and final filtration (5); and removing a component-to-be-suppressed so as to obtain a desired clarified liquid. The method comprises: applying the shaking treatment (3) of coagulating and flocculating the component-to-be-suppressed by performing the impartation or application vibration including acoustic wave irradiation, while temporarily storing or piping-supplying the raw material extracted liquid containing the tea-leaf extracted liquid after the rough filtration treatment (1) or the cooling treatment (2); and applying the centrifugation treatment (4) and the final filtration treatment (5) in the following flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
