PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an increase in manufacturing man-hour, upsizing of a device and high cost of the device. SOLUTION: To match a transmitting/receiving circuit, including a transmitting portion and a receiving portion, and an antenna, first to fourth inductors and first to fourth capacitors are included, and the first to fourth inductors and the first to fourth capacitors are arranged while avoiding the transmitting portion and the receiving portion. Further, one group comprising the first and third inductors and the first and third capacitors and the other group comprising the second and fourth inductors and the second and fourth capacitors are physically symmetrically arranged so that one group and the other group substantially have the same electrical characteristics.
