PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator with shock-absorbing function absorbing shock generated when an output shaft is linearly driven by driving an actuator. SOLUTION: A solenoid 28 with shock absorber includes a solenoid portion 28a, a shock absorber portion 28b, a shaft 28e, and a buffer member 28f provided to the end of the shaft 28e. The solenoid portion 28a includes: a coil; a fixed iron core inserted to the inside of the coil; a magnetic frame made of a magnetic material which is magnetically connected to the fixed iron core while surrounding the coil; a movable iron core; and the shaft 28e inserted into a through hole of the movable iron core. The shock absorber portion 28b includes: a cylinder filled with a liquid having viscosity; and a piston portion 28c which is fixed by the rear end of the shaft 28e to partition the inside of the cylinder and provided in the cylinder in a way that reciprocating motion is allowed.
